Hey everyone, Sergio here, and I’m very excited to announce that we at ECF just rolled out a new feature that gives financial advisors more control over their branding.
At ECF, we pride ourselves on serving as a partner to financial advisors, helping strengthen your brand and expertise, not compete with it. And that’s exactly how we approach our design. That said, I’m excited to announce.
You can now upload your own firm’s logo and replace the ECF logo across the entire platform, including a branded registration and login experience for your clients. Let me show you how this works.

Now that we are logged in, I’ll go up to the top right and click on my profile:

Here we will upload our firm logo and enter our firm name. You will see I have now updated the logo and entered my firm’s name. I will go down now and hit Save Changes.

When you update your branding, your team and your clients will see it across the platform instantly.

So, now that in ECF, your brand is center stage, let me show you how this carries through to your clients.
When you send an invite to a client or a firm user to access the platform from the invitations tab, they will receive an email to get started. The email includes your firm’s name and a secure link to register.

The email will look like the one on the screen.

Once your clients or firm users click on register, they’ll land on a fully branded registration experience with your logo and firm name front and center.
And from here, your firm branding carries through when they log in.

So, from the first real interaction through the full experience, your firm is center stage. This feature is now live inside ECF.
