Advisors generate a one-time shareable link from within their ECF platform.

When clients click the link, they get high-level picture of where their finances are today, including their:

  • Emergency fund ratio
  • Net worth
  • Savings percentage
  • Cash flow
  • Debt to income ratio

Clients receive a quick snapshot of their financial picture, with the ability to log in to see more.

Clients can save the shared snapshot in their own account to view anytime from their desktop or mobile device.

When they log in, they can see even more details and take other actions, like exporting the snapshot to PDF. Clients can access ECF through the web or mobile app, which are both user-friendly and built using the latest technology.

The snapshot feature is great for touching base with clients and providing timely updates on their financial picture. Advisors may find it useful to:

  • Support regular client meetings. Share the snapshot link ahead of your quarterly or annual meeting so clients come in prepared to talk about their current financial status.
  • Address concerns during times of volatility. As clients reach out with questions or worries, you can quickly generate a snapshot link to share in real time. Or, follow up after your chat with a snapshot link that includes a scenario addressing the client’s specific ask.
